Firstly, we will go through your treatment plan in detail face to face. We will also have a plan in terms of lifestyle management and medications going forward if required.
You can always access one of our Many Beats specialists by email if you have any questions that you think need addressing urgently and we’re more than happy to respond.
You will receive support with a tailored exercise prescription, diet prescription, and even referral if required to a dietitian. We also refer patients to contact rehabilitation specialists who have highly supervised exercise classes for patients with heart disease.
